Brownie Fudge. Divine. Chocolaty, smooth, and unbelievably rich. This melt-in-your-mouth brownie fudge is so easy to make (2 minutes!), vegan, gluten free, almost fat free and nut free, which makes this the perfect treat for those allergic to nuts! This tastes like a brownie but the texture is like fudge, hence the name. In other words, you really really REALLY should try it.
Even my parents, who aren't huge fans of sweet things, LOVED THIS. They said it was the best thing I've ever made which I don't know how I feel about, but that definitely says something!
1/2 cup pitted dates
1/2 cup oats, blended into flour
1/3 - 1/2 cup cocoa powder (1/3 cup for hershey's bar taste, 1/2 for dark chocolate)
1/4 cup yogurt or almond milk
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Dash of salt
Blend dates in food processor, then add rest of ingredients in order. Transfer to plate and chill for 30 minutes or until set! Double / halve recipe as needed.
