I've worked really hard the last week, running every morning and spending hours at my mom's office, and deserve a nice, relaxing breakfast. Oats, yogurt, goji berries, pistachios, orange, kiwi and almonds. With a closed pool view. We can't all live in Australia.

Sweet apricot kernels! These are so good.
I was listening to Shawn Stevenson's podcast and they were talking about cancer and treating it holistically and mentioned apricot kernels as a treatment. I had actually tried one before but it was bitter so I never gave it a second thought, but it got me interested. So tonight while grocery shopping I picked up a little bag and they are AMAZING, like poor people's almonds of sorts? They were roasted and toasty sweet and crunchy and utterly delightful. Definitely buying more. Almonds I don't see you preventing cancer! Get on my level. Cyanide be damned.
