Perfect for a lazy afternoon after a nap, a long day of staring at a computer screen, or even on cold winter mornings! This tea is slightly sweet, delightfully floral, and absolutely gorgeous to look at.
It's super easy to make as well!
1) Drop a pinch (5-6) of chrysanthemum buds in a glass.
2) Add hot water.
3) Sprinkle goji berries and Chinese dates (optional).
4) Stir in honey if using and let sit for 2-3 minutes (or until dry buds begin to resemble fresh flowers) to allow flavors to infuse.
Enjoy! The goji berries are delicious when plump with water!
Tip: Refill your glass with hot water as many times as you want! As long as there is still tea the flavor will come through.
