Overnight oats. If once you fail, don't try again for five years then kick yourself. So. Good! Vanilla yogurt and raw oats, some goji berries, mix and refrigerate overnight, and top with whatever. Sounds gross, looks suspicious, tastes amazing. Chewy and almost doughy? Definitely an idea to remember and recreate. College days I see you.
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/3 cup yogurt
Mix and let sit 5-6 hours or overnight in fridge. The longer you leave it the more liquid the oats soak up. In the morning, layer mixture with more yogurt, banana, walnuts, almonds, goji berries, raisins, bee pollen, etc.
