Mom made a light soup for lunch with tomatoes, enoki, spinach and tofu. We're having sauteed purple cabbage (my current obsession) and pumpkin with peppers (so uniquely delicious) for dinner!
I took the day off from internship and spent the day working on college essays. Still seems so surreal that I'm going to college next year! It was always something in the FUTURE, something other people worked on. I can't even imagine what my parents are thinking, 17 years gone just like that. The days go slow but the years go by fast! Two more weeks left until ED applications are due! Bring it on.
